CRI Program Director
Brad Ringler serves as Director of the Community Rebuilding Initiative, overseeing program operations, participant services, participant recruitment, community partnerships, and program outcomes to support successful recovery and reentry.
Christine Coleman
CRI Program MAnager
Christine Coleman serves as Program Manager for CRI, overseeing, participant programming, volunteer coordination, staff support, and service delivery. She ensures participants receive consistent guidance, accountability, and access to resources throughout their recovery journey.
Dwayne Thompson
CRI RCS Supervisor
Dwayne Thompson serves as Residential Care Supervisor, overseeing facility operations, participant supervision, safety procedures, and residential staff support to maintain a safe and structured environment.
Nick Whittaker
CRI CaseWorker Supervisor
Nick Whitaker serves as Casework Supervisor, providing leadership and oversight for case management services throughout CRI. He supervises casework staff, monitors participant progress and data, ensures service quality, coordinates resources, and supports the development and implementation of individualized participant success plans.
Rebecca Bowling
CRI Kitchen Supervisor
Rebecca Bowling serves as Kitchen Supervisor, managing meal preparation, food safety compliance, inventory control, kitchen operations, and dietary accommodations to ensure participants receive nutritious meals in a safe environment.
Arrin Waits
CAP House Manager
Arrin Waits serves as House Manager and Caseworker for the Community Alternative Program, overseeing residential operations, participant accountability, facility management, case planning, and resource coordination to support participant success.
Cody Scott
CAP House Manager
Cody Scott serves as Caseworker and Employment Specialist, providing case management services while assisting participants with employment readiness, job placement, resume development, interview preparation, and workforce retention.
Tyler Courtney
CRI Caseworker
Tyler Courtney serves as a Case Worker, helping participants develop and achieve personal goals through case management, resource referrals, progress monitoring, and ongoing support throughout their recovery journey.
Johnathan Williams
CAP Residential Care Staff
Jonathan Williams serves as Weekend Manager, overseeing weekend program operations, participant supervision, facility accountability, policy compliance, transportation needs, and crisis response to ensure continuity of services outside regular business hours.

Shelbie Pruitt serves as Administrative Assistant for Returning Home, Inc., supporting organizational operations through documentation management, compliance reporting, data tracking, and marketing initiatives that promote the mission and impact of the organization.
